Bespoke, Tailor-Cut Service

Elevate You Australia believe the year after school is the key year to your future life. Every participant will have an established plan arranged to fill their days with excitement, learning and engagement as they make that transition from school to independent life, career pathways or employment through bespoke and specialised assistance funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We believe no person is the same and shouldn’t be placed in a program that doesn’t benefit them uniquely. Recent placements

TAFE – Certificate IV in land and conservation, Certificate IV education support, Certificate II horticulture and Certificate IV in Auslan and Deaf studies.

Apprenticeships – Baking, Parks and Gardens, Child Care and Automotive.

Employment – Coles, Otter Fencing, Metro Trains, Restaurants, Catering, and Cafe.

Work experience and volunteer placements – Stone masonry, grounds maintenance, Melbourne Magic Festival, Cemetery, Aged Care, Cafes, and Retail Stores.

Experienced Team

Our team is extremely experienced to help people across all backgrounds and barriers, especially those who are Deaf/hard of hearing, learning difficulties, and with mental health or illness. Our team has qualifications and multiple years experience across a variety of specialised sectors within the disability and mental health sector. Through either SLES – School Leavers Employment Supports or our Social, Economic and Community, Mentoring and Training Program, you will reach your full potential and discover new attainable goals you never knew you had.

With relevant qualifications and over 20 years of experience in disability care, ranging from Deaf Cultures to Disability Employment Services, Elevate You Australia will deliver a high quality, tailored service that is uniquely designed around your personal needs and abilities. We understand that everyone is different and we compassionately work closely with all individuals to achieve these goals.

Through Elevate You Australia’s SLES program, we have successfully helped many young adults transition from school to a variety of pathways, some of these being; TAFE certificates, Apprenticeships, Volunteer placements and Employment. We have further supported adults with a desire to establish their lives and create new opportunities.
